Why Choose a 1-2-1 Class?

Unlike group classes, my 1-to-1 sessions offer you undivided attention, making room for faster learning, personalised instruction, and real progress—at your pace.

Classes take place at the welcoming Westbury Arts Centre in Milton Keynes. With flexible scheduling, you can book a time that fits your life. I recommend starting with a 2.5-hour session, giving us plenty of time to cover the basics and complete your first handmade item.

What You'll Learn

In your first session, you'll get hands-on experience with:

  • Getting to know all the parts of the sewing machine

  • Threading your machine

  • Winding and inserting a bobbin

  • Sewing in a straight line, turning corners, and reverse stitching

  • Feeding fabric smoothly

  • Creating a fabulous drawstring bag as your first project!

What's Included?

I provide everything you need for your session — fabric, tools, and equipment.

Prefer to bring your own sewing machine? Great! Or you're welcome to use one of mine — whatever helps you feel most at ease.

I'll be by your side, offering step-by-step support, so you can gain confidence and truly enjoy the experience.
